The information we collect about you in order to process your order will only be used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Unica Interior Limited will not willfully disclose any confidential information without your prior permission and your details will not be passed onto a third party for their use in promotional purposes.

Unica Interior Limited will not share any of your information with parties outside our organisation except to the extent required by law, police, court order or as requested by other government or law enforcement authorities.

Your personal details may only be disclosed to other reputable third parties only for the purpose of processing your order. Unicainteiror.com requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable Consumer Legislation.

Communication & marketing

If you have made a purchase from our store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via email, post and telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us and selected third parties when you become a member of Unica Interior Limited.

All Unica Interior Limited members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email communications which we might send you.

They remember the websites you have visited and that information is shared with other parties such as advertisers. We do not currently use these types of cookies on Unica Interior Limited.

If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to Unica Interior Limited you may do so by contacting us via the email address or address given below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your email address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action which we take in response to a request from someone using your email and password. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.

You have the right to access the information which Unica Interior Limited holds about you and your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. We will notify you of any such change upon receiving your access request, and confirm whether you wish to proceed and pay such charge.
